▶ Requests regarding the prevention of infectious diseases
- If you experience any unusual health symptoms (fever, cough, headache, sore throat, runny nose) or have been in contact with anyone who is unwell (including family members) one week prior to the start of the camp, please inform the campsite.
Please use the health questionnaire to check your health the day before the camp and before you leave . We will send you the health questionnaire one week before the camp.
* If your temperature is 37.5°C or higher during the health check, or if you have cold symptoms such as coughing, headache, sore throat, or runny nose, please be sure to contact the campsite.
When you arrive at the camp, please be sure to have a medical interview with a nurse before checking in to the camp.
If you are found to have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher or cold symptoms during the medical interview or during the camp, you will be asked to go home.
- In order to prevent the spread of infection within the facility, we will not provide medical care or hospital visits to anyone who is unwell at the campsite except in emergencies.
*If minor participants need to return home, we ask that their guardians make arrangements to pick them up promptly.
●If a large number of people become unwell, we may be forced to cancel the camp in order to prevent the spread of infection.
*Please make sure you are in good health to prevent the spread of infection and we appreciate your understanding of how to respond if you are feeling unwell.

▶To all participants and guardians
・We will take every precaution to ensure that the program proceeds smoothly, but in case of an accident or illness, participants are asked to bring their insurance card or a copy (up to date).
・Camping fees include camper insurance. In the event of an accident during camp or on the way to or from camp, medical expenses will be paid within the limits of the insurance. However, please note that the camp will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur during the way to or from camp or during free time at camp beyond what is covered by the insurance.
・Participation by high school students or younger requires parental consent. Please attach an image of your handwritten consent signature. Applications may not be accepted if there is no signature.

▶Cancellation fees
If a lottery is held and you are not selected, there will be no cancellation fee.
○If you cancel up to two weeks prior to your appointment, a cancellation fee of 3,000 yen will be charged.
○From 13 days prior to the event, a 30% deduction will be applied.
If you cancel the day before, 80% of the participation fee will be charged.
If you cancel on the day, the full participation fee will be charged.
*We set this two weeks in advance because it costs money to order ingredients, etc.
*Please contact us if you need to cancel due to special circumstances such as an accident.
*If payment has already been sent, we will refund the amount minus the cancellation fee and bank transfer fee.
