Elementary school student fee 14,500 yen (application fee 3,000 yen + 10,500 yen + antigen test fee 1000 yen)
Attendant fee 19,000 yen (application fee 3,000 yen + 16,000 yen + antigen test fee 1000 yen)

Please fill out the form below with a copy of the application fee and the signature of the guardian.
Please prepare the following before inputting.
① Please remit the application fee and prepare the image data of the remittance result (photograph is also possible).
(2) Please prepare a photograph of the guardian's signature (sign image data).

Until now, the camp participation fee was paid in full in cash at the time of reception. However, since handling fees for coins are now incurred, please remit in advance and cooperate with cashless payment.
Please remit the application fee first. Please remit the remaining participation fee at least 3 days before the start of the camp. (You may send the money together with the application fee.) Please bring the payment (transfer) statement to the reception desk on the day of the camp.
[Information about cancellation fee]
◯ No cancellation fee will be charged up to 2 weeks in advance.
◯ Please pay 20% of the participation fee from 13 days before to the day before.
◯ If you cancel the day before, please pay 80% of the participation fee.
◯ In case of cancellation on the day, please pay the full amount of the participation fee.

* Since it costs money to order ingredients from 2 weeks ago, we have set it.
* Please contact us in case of special circumstances such as an accident.
* If you have already sent the money, we will refund the amount after deducting the cancellation fee and the remittance fee.
