Depending on the infection situation, the camp schedule may be changed or canceled.
If you feel unwell, please do not overdo it and cancel. As a special case of Corona, if you are uneasy, you will not be charged a cancellation fee if you make a decision at least two weeks in advance.
If an emergency declaration is issued after application, no cancellation fee will be charged from the person in the area.

For those who need and are waiting for a camp, we are preparing a small event to avoid infectious diseases such as wearing masks, ventilation and crowding.
Depending on the area and church, there may be people who have no prospect of traffic. We would appreciate it if you could consider it according to the infection situation in each area and the situation of the church.
For those who cannot participate, we are also considering online distribution of each camp.

How to apply
There are methods by internet, mail, and registered mail.
In both cases, an application for each person and an application fee of 3,000 yen are required.
Please remit to your Japan Post Bank account in advance. (Excluding registered mail)

To attendants
This year, we will set a capacity to avoid crowding, and we are very sorry that we could not provide good fellowship every year, but we will only accept one adult per church.
